GlideHair is the first Australian company offering Coin Operated Hair Straighteners into pubs, nightclubs, gyms, malls and airports.
Coin operated hair styling equipment has been around for a long time, including hair-dryers and electric hair stylers/curlers in the 1920’s! GlideHair is just a modern extension (excuse the pun) of this concept.
GlideHair allows females to look their best when ‘out and about’. Although the product and concept has been in development for some time, GlideHair officially launched at the Melbourne Bar Show in May 2007.

This is such an interesting concept whose time has come! I can’t see using one at a pub or nightclub, but at a gym, airport or hotel - absolutely! Especially at gyms and hotels. Good luck with the launch!

Restaurants, motels and wedding venues would go very well with this device.
I like the concept. Looks good.
